in 1963 barry keenan kidnapped frank sinatra, jr. he said that at the time it seemed like a good idea, and that god told him to do it. ultimately, of course, he was caught and went to prison. once he was released he managed to become a millionaire anyway, through real estate. he later said that when he stopped drinking god stopped telling him to do things. this shot was taken at his home in los angeles, on christmas eve, with his dog gordy. he signed a polaroid for me: "have a nice life, barry keenan."
