| tom vernier is an engineer at USC involved
with something that i think he called biophotonics. near as
i can tell this involves shining a really bright light at a
cell for like a billionth of a second. i'm not exactly clear
on what this accomplishes, but it sounds like fun. and this
description not withstanding, please understand that usually
i listen very well to these sorts of things. |
