| this picture was taken for the cover of
geggy tah's third album, "into
the oh". that's a metal folding chair that they converted
to a rocker. they then put pickups all over it, ran it through
samplers and loops and used it as part of the drum set. this
picture was taken in tommy's driveway, and originally just had
the cement ground. the art director photoshopped in waves and
while we liked the idea, tommy and i didn't like the notion
of being beaten by a computer. so we went back and reshot the
thing – built a little pool out of a tarp and 2x4's, put
the chair in the middle of it and it worked pretty well. many
