dick scruggs is famous for winning
landmark settlements against tobacco companies. and while i like the
idea of punitive damages in this case, it's too bad that no amount
of knowledge in the world will stop someone from smoking if they really
want to. addiction makes people willfully stupid, but that's why i
don't have any. well, fountain coke is awfully good, though. . . shot
