1. i've been a professional editorial and commercial photographer for the better part of thirteen years now. but because i'm short i still look young.

2. my pictures have appeared in : TIME, Newsweek, Businessweek, L.A. Weekly, Los Angeles Magazine, L.A. Citybeat, Editor & Publisher, Marketing y Medios Magazine, The Sunday Telegraph Review, and many other publications with the word "week" in the title.

3. on that note, i'm good with deadlines.

4. i'm based in pasadena, california. which is in the greater los angeles area, but i'll take pictures anywhere you like. you buy the plane ticket.

5. likes: hot chocolate, most will ferrell movies, all lyle lovett recordings, panoramic cameras, room service,comic books, games that appeal to 14 year old nerds, chowhound.com and photographing people who do unusual things.

6. dislikes: camping, thai food, taking pictures in conference rooms or at nascar races, and the phrases "work for hire" and "this will be great for your portfolio."

7. the best part of my job is getting little glimpses into the lives of hundreds of different kinds of people.

8. that being said, some people really need to clean up their houses a little better.

9. i may be one of those people.

10. i'm not a hand model, but i've thought about it. same goes for being a chef.

11. people who are uncomfortable having their picture taken are somehow comfortable with me.

12. and people who kind of know me will occasionally ask friends of mine, "hey, how's that skinny guy?"
